Lakota Teaching Project Website
The Lakota Teaching Project involved the creation of a cultural heritage website and related educational support for students on the Pine Ridge Reservation, South Dakota. I served as the creative director for the project team.
When I joined the project, the client was unhappy with the proposed design, because it did not reflect Lakota culture. My solution was to create a template that could be adapted by the students using patterns made up of simple graphics. View the site at: http://www.maggiereid.com/lakota Client
